Dr. India Dorsey-Gaston, Ph.D., artistically known as, Indi Tyton is an International Singer/Songwriter and Filmmaker.  She is also a Business Psychologist that specializes in leadership and career development in the Entertainment Industry.  Indi holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Hampton University.  She also holds Master's degrees from Fisk University (Psychology), Middle Tennessee State University (MTSU) (Health), and Full Sail University (Entertainment Business). Her Doctor of Philosophy Degree (Ph.D.)  and research in Organizational Leadership, focuses on the Entertainment industry.   Indi is also the Founder and CEO of Entertainment Leadership Academy, LLC. and is a proud member of several premier professional organizations including:  The Recording Academy (The Grammys), Society of Consulting Psychology-American Psychological Association Division 13, Society of Arts Entrepreneurship Education, Women in Film (WIF), Women in Film and Television Atlanta (WIFTA), Broadcast Music, Inc. (BMI). She has attained over 25 years of experience working within the entertainment community.  Her first experience was with an entertainment management company, followed by Gibson Guitar Corporation, and now as CEO & Co-Founder of Famous on Purpose, LLC.
